Put Aiders on your Shopify store.
Five minutes of work. You connect your store, forward your support address, and decide per request type what Aiders is allowed to settle on its own.
The Shopify App Store listing is in review. Until it is live you create an account here and connect your store from the dashboard. Same install, same free start.
What happens when you install
Connect the store
Shopify asks for your permission and sends you back. From that point Aiders reads your orders, your products and your delivery status.
Forward the mail
You forward your support address to the one we give you. Your own inbox stays where it is and you keep seeing everything.
Set the limits
Per request type you pick one: Aiders handles it, Aiders drafts it for your approval, or Aiders stops and alerts you.
Live
The next email that arrives gets answered. Every step shows up in the dashboard, including the ones Aiders took on its own.
What Aiders gets access to
An agent that cannot see the order cannot say anything useful about it. This is what Aiders asks for, and why.
You revoke that access at any moment from your Shopify admin. Aiders stops the same second.
Orders and customers
To know which order this is about, what was in it, and what has already happened to it.
Shipping and delivery
To see whether the parcel is moving, stuck, or already delivered, before anything is promised.
Refunds and credit
To settle what you allow: a partial or full refund, store credit, a cancellation.
Order edits
To swap a size or a variant on the real order, with a live stock check. Optional, off by default.
What you still control on day one
- Per request type you pick one: Aiders settles it, Aiders drafts it for your approval, or Aiders stops and alerts you.
- A cash ceiling above which a refund is never paid automatically, but queues for your team instead.
- A refund ladder enforced in code: the small remedy first, the expensive one only after.
- No second payout on the same order, and no extra money to a customer with a recent chargeback.
- Every reply, every step and every payout is readable back in the dashboard.
- Cancel from your Shopify admin, with nobody to talk to first.
The first 100 emails are free.
Once, not per month. Only emails that get a reply count, so spam costs you nothing.
